An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund request. Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

Minor colour variations may occur due to the heat-printing process and are not considered defects.

Refunds or replacements are approved only after verification of the provided evidence.

Phoenix Cases reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
